The Alves/Gonçalves show ended the first day of the Lisbon Fashion Week. This Spring Summer 2011 collection, the duo of Portuguese designers chose silhouettes marked by dynamic and sensual forms, roam the lines of the body creating shape, with free and spontaneous forms.
Nesta colecção Primavera Verão 2011, a dupla de criadores portugueses opta por silhuetas femininas sensuais, marcadas por construções dinâmicas, silhuetas que percorrem as linhas do corpo criando moldes e formas livres e espontâneas.
I really loved the collection, special the color blocks used in maxi dresses and tunics is visually very strong.
Adorei a colecção, sobretudo as cores em blocos verticais usada em vestidos maxi e túnicas, visualmente muito fortes.
The details were lovely in which prevails ripples and pleats, with an eclectic color code; Roses, ash, black, white and flower prints.
Os detalhes eram lindissimos, imperam ondulações e pregueados, somados a um código de cores eclético onde se associam os rosas, cinzas, preto, branco e estampados primaveris.
Among the materials are highlighted organza brocades with metallic yarns, print silk jerseys, crepes and laser-cut mousselines with organic constructions.

The styling has intense contemporary classical codes which are glimpsed and suggested by ethnic-inspired accessories.

A final note to the amazing shoes... I will wanted it so hard! Skyscrapers heels tied to the legs with colorful braided cords matching with the color of the clothes.
Uma nota final para os fantásticos sapatos de saltos altissimos atados à perna com coloridas cordas entraçadas a condizer com as cores das roupas. Saptos "statement" que vou querer de morrer!
Certainly the best collection so far, but the Lisbon Fashion Week only started today... and there are so much to do and to see! GET ON!!!!!
