Nuno Baltazar loves the classic woman that loves the classics... and this collection Spring/Summer 2012 "Ma Dame" is the prototype of the chic parisienne lifestyle. Nuno Baltazar said about the collection: "The looks suggest an eclectic approach, coupling demi-couture and easy-wear garments or draped details". The dresses details were very interesting mainly the open backs that kept the elegance with a sexiness feeling. The long skirts in new proportions with a kind of floated tail paired with navy striped trousers and coats gave to the looks a more contemporary touch. The hot pants broke the classic codes and gave a trendy direction to the looks. The waisted pants with zips back refers to a retro emphasis present through the collection. I must confess that I didn't love the metallic golden details in the black looks neither the golden chains' details of the boots, I think it was too much.
