ALTUZARRA AND ALEXANDRE WANG FALL 2011 (NYFW): WHAT A COINCIDENCE!

The NYFW just began and we can already see some pretty similarities between the designers. This time look at these bomber jackets turned ponchos!!! No, they aren´t from the same collection. The jacket-poncho in the left is from the Altuzarra Fall 2011 collection; The jacket-poncho on the right belongs to Alexander Wang's Fall 2011 collection, both of them showed today in NY. What's that? Pure coincidence, or something else?

Ainda agora começou a Semana da Moda de Nova Iorque e já conseguimos encontrar verdadeiras similitudes entre as criações dos mais conceituados designers, não sei se se trata de uma pura coincidência mas o casaco-poncho da esquerda pertence à colecção Outono 2011 de Altuzarra, e à direita o casaco-poncho faz parte da colecção Outono 2011 de Alexander Wang, ambas apresentadas hoje em Nova Iorque. E esta eih!

 But as you can see it isn't only in jackets that we found similarities between Altuzarra and Alexander Wang's collections. What about the fur embellishments in shoes? The shoes details in the left is from Altuzarra's collection Fall 2011, and in the right the detail is from Wang's collection Fall 2011. Fashion Heroines got attention!
