Valentim Quaresma's work always makes me immensely inspired ... and this show in the Modalisboa LAB was fantastic. The human body is a great starting point for Valentim Quaresma and from it the designer builds architectural structures that are adapting to the body element, with a reading quite contemporary but classic vibrations and sought inspiration in the past.
O trabalho de Valentim Quaresma deixa-me sempre imensamente inspirada... e este desfile no LAB da Modalisboa foi fantástico. O corpo humano é o grande ponto de partida de Valentim Quaresma e a partir dele o designer constrói estruturas arquitectónicas que se vão adaptando ao elemento corpóreo, com uma leitura bastante contemporânea mas com vibrações clássicas e inspiração buscada em épocas passadas.
