NEW YORK FASHION WEEK SPRING/SUMMER 2012 - MARC BY MARC JACOBS
Since it was known that Marc Jacobs would lead the creative destiny of Dior that the spotlights turned to one of the most acclaimed fashion designers who had a huge success ahead of Louis Vuitton with a remarkable upgrade of the brand's image since 1997. Jacobs was in the Time Magazine's 2010 list of the 100 most influencial people in the world and he had a great sucess with his own brands Marc Jacob as well as Marc by Marc Jacobs, a diffusion line with more than 200 retail stores in 60 countries. Yesterday he showed, at NYFW, his collection for Spring 2012 of this secondary line. There was a lot of color, mainly orange and a good sense of seductive stylee easy to wear and play with. I loved the shoes, of course!
