TREND REPORT: SHEARLING!

Shearling is an unstoppable trend this winter and from the most luxurious fashion brands to stores and warehouses of fast fashion there is no escape. Although it is a trend that by flooding the market (such as animal prints) one runs the risk of getting an overdose, it is certain that shearling's popularity is due in part to be a very hot material that comfortable with these changes climate that bring us the harshest winters in the last 40 years, comes in handy. I still remember when fashion critics called Karl Lagerfeld a completely fool  by excess of fur everywhere from coats to pants, skirts and boots of the Chanel Winter 2011 collection, and they said that Karl must sell only to a fashionista Eskimo! Now, with Europe to be plagued by negative temperatures who wouldn't like a Chanel fur jacket or a pair of Winter 2011 Chanel boots? The Lagerfeld may be crazy but he is a visionary!


A pele de carneiro é uma tendência incontornável este Inverno e desde as mais luxuosas marcas de moda às lojas e armazens de fast fashion não há como escapar. Ainda que seja uma tendência que pela inundação no mercado ( tal como os padrões felinos) se corra o risco de apanharmos uma overdose, o certo é que a sua popularidade se deve em parte a ser um material muito quente e confortável o que com estas alterações climáticas que nos trazem os Invernos mais rigorosos dos últimos 40 anos, vem mesmo a calhar. Ainda me lembro de chamarem louco ao Karl Lagerfeld pelo excesso de peles da colecção da Chanel Inverno 2011, dignas de um fashionista esquimó!!! Agora, com a Europa a ser assolada por temperaturas bem negativas que é que não suspira por um casaco e um par de botas Chanel Winter/2011? O Lagerfeld pode ser louco mas é um visionário!

 Já no que respeita à Burberry Prorsum também acertaram nas suas previsões climáticas e esta sua colecção Outono/Inverno 2010- 2011 está a marcar bem as tendências e o nosso guarda-roupa para enfrentar os dias mais gélidos. Digam-me quem de vocês não comprou já pelo menos uma peça em pele de carneiro?

Of course this is a trend for girls and boys without drips of discrimination ... and for those who have budget to give more than € 2000 for a trendy Burberry jacket (or simply find a foolishness to spend so much money on a trend piece!), I hardly recommend you go to the nearest Stradivarius store and try this version to a friendly price, a little more than € 40 ... I tried it and I found the maximum. Of all the shearling jackets taht I found in fast fashion this is definitely my favorite:

É claro que esta é uma tendência para as meninas e para os meninos sem pinga de discriminação... e para quem não tem carteira para dar mais de €2000 por um blusão trendy da Burberry ( ou simplesmente ache uma tontice gastar tanto dinheiro numa peça tendência!), aconselho que vá a uma loja Stradivarius mais perto de si e experimente esta versão a pouco mais de € 40... eu experimentei e achei o máximo. De todos os blusões do género fast fashion este é sem dúvida o meu favorito:
