Black is the new black for next fall, it's for sure! Forget the girlish and pretty pastels which took control in the spring collections that are in the shops right now. The collections for fall brought another kind of aesthetic that emphasis on femininity full of mystery and even malevolent. Maybe was the Dragon Tattoo effect or the hard times related with the economic crisis, darkness is coming back with its bondage and fetish gear vibes. This is not a punk or gothic come back, it is a more sophisticated style exploring the modern-day romanticism and dark glamour as we saw at Gucci, Chanel, Jil Sander, Lanvin, Alexander McQueen, etc. We are talking about emotions, not the absence of feelings,because clothes became the new way to talk about what is going on inner you.
Quase certo é que o preto é o novo preto, esqueçam o estilo "girlish" e os tons pastel the babe que tomaram as colecções de primavera e que agora inundam as lojas. Não invistam demasiado em peças dessas porque as colecções de ouotno/inverno 2012 tomaram uma direcção aparentemente oposta. Assim, está de volta uma estética com enfâse na essência da feminilidade, onde o mistério e até uma certa dose de malévola confiança tomam o controle. Talvez, por influência do filme "The Dragon Tattoo" ou os tempos dificeis relacionados com a crise económica, o certo é que o negro total está de volta com referencias ao universo fetish e bondage. Mas, este não é seguramente um retorno da onda punk ou gótica, mas, algo muito mais sofisticado, influenciado por um certo estoicismo nas silhuetas e nos volumes que explora o romanticismo do dias-a-dia e o glamour negro como podemos ver em Gucci, Chanel, Jil Sander; Lanvin, Alexander McQueen, etc. Mas, o sublinhar deste lado negro não implica necessariamente frieza ascética ou ausência de sentimentos, muito pelo contrário, é aqui que as roupas se tornam emocionais e a melhor forma de expressar o que nos vai dentro.
