Anabela Baldaque chose lady-like look in romantic mood, so the designer paired the softness of the lace and silk with the wild sophistication of the fur details for her Fall/Winter collection showed at Portugal Fashion in Oporto. I really don't appreciate the "DESIGUAL" vibes of the pattern jacket (pic 8) but the retro cut sounds good. The other golden jacket with flowers applications (pic 4) is too retro in the concept and I think it should be more fashionable... but I like the shoes that were giving a certain modern mood to the look. In my opinion the styling should be more daring to break the monotony in which the lady-like style sometimes falls. The curly hair and the almost bared faces of the models were matching too much with the softness of the outfits.
Anabela Baldaque escolheu o look lady-like no modo romântico combinando a suavidade da renda e da seda com uma sofisticação mais selvagem através dos detalhes de pêlo falso para a sua colecção Outono/Inverno 2011-12, apresentada no Portugal Fashion que está a decorrer no Porto. De facto não aprecio muito o estilo "DESIGUAL" do casaco de padrões variados (foto 8) mas o corte retro acabou por ficar bem. O outro casaco dourado com flores aplicadas (foto 4) é demasiado retro no conceito e deveria ter sido mais "contemporaneizado" para dar um ar mais moda, ainda que os sapatos que o acessorizam deiam ao look um ar mais moderno. Na minha opinião o styling deveria ter sido mais arrojado para quebrar a monotonia em que o lady-like look por vezes se deixa cair. O cabelo encaracolado e romantico com uma make-up de pele quase nua combina demasiado com a suavidade dos outfits, mas, isso é só o que eu acho que gosto de desconstruir e reinventar as coisas certinhas.
