Here I am from my trip through Europe. Since I left Portugal I already visited Madrid, Barcelona, Carcassonne (France), Arles (France) and today I went to Monaco. The weather was fabulous! Sunny days although very cold...

Aqui estou na minha viagem pela Europa. Desde que saí de Portugal já visiteu MAdrid, Barcelona, Carcassone (França) e Arles (FRança, e fui hoje ao Mónaco. O tempo está realmente fabuloso com sol a perder de vista, um céu de um impossível azul e uma luz única apesar do muito frio....

A great X-mas routine in Carcassone, which is is a fortified French town in the Aude department of which it is the prefecture, in the former province of Languedoc, is the Christmas presents hanging in the beautiful windows of the village. 

Um hábito de Natal muito engraçado em Carcassonne e que não conhecia é pendurar os supostos presentes de Natal nas lindissimas janelas desta vila fortificada em Aude, provincia de Languedoc.

The old village is divided into the fortified Cité de Carcassonne and the more expansive lower city, the ville basse. Carcassone was founded by the Visigoths in the fifth century, though the Romans had fortified the settlement earlier. The fortress, which was thoroughly restored in 1853 by the theorist and architect Eugène Viollet-le-Duc, was added to the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites in 1997. 

A vila antiga está dividida na cidade fortificada Cité de Carcassonne e na cidade baixa, a Ville basse. Carcassonne foi fundada pelos Visigodos no Sec. V, embora tenham sido os Romanos a fortifica-la. A fortaleza que rodeia a cidade foi restaurada em 1853 pelo arquitecto Eugéne Viollet-Le-Duc, e faz parte do património da Humanidade, classificado pela UNESCO, desde 1997.

Arles is a city and commune in the south of France, in the Bouches-du-Rhône department, of which it is a subprefecture, in the former province of Provence.

The French restaurants  in Provence are so great... I'm talking about the décor because they are too much expensive for my travel's low budget!!!

Os restaurantes na Provença são magnificos de aspecto embora não tenha tido oportunidade de provar a comida porque todos eles eram demasiado dispendiosos para o meu budget desta viagem que se quer de muito low cost.

A little red detail I found in a tourist from Arle...

E como a moda está sempre presente na minha objectiva onde quer que esteja, aqui deixo um pequeno detalhe vermelho de uma turista que encontrei nas ruas de Arles.

 

And OUI Les Crêpes are amazing... and the plus simple bistrot have so good taste in everything from food to the décor! Here is France my friends!!!

E sim, os crepes franceses merecem toda a fama que têm... assim como as fantásticas bistrot ou Salon de Cafe, que por mais simples que sejam têm todas um visual absolutamente cuidado que só mesmo na França!!!

People in the streets are simple but very stylish even the older. This is an example tasting the unique French style... Look at the red beret that talks for itself in the look of this French lady...

As pessoas nas ruas destas cidades apesar de simples sempre com pormenores e detalhes que fazem toda a diferença, mesmo os mais velhos são legitimos representantes do estilo francês que é impossivel de copiar. Esta boina vermelha usada por uma Madame muito stylish é o exemplo acabado do que acabei de dizer sobre o French Style!

Arles has a long history, and was of considerable importance in the Roman province of Gallia Narbonensis. The Roman and Romanesque Monuments of Arles were listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites in 1981. The Dutch post-Impressionist painter Vincent van Gogh lived in Arles in 1888-1889 and produced over 300 paintings and drawings during his time there. An international photography festival has been held in the city since 1970.

Arles tem uma longa história e foi considerada uma vila muito importante da provincia romana Gallia Narbonensis. Os monumentos romanos de Arles estão lsitados como património mundial da UNESCO desde 1981. Aqui viveu o pintor Vincet van Gogh (18888-1889) onde produziu mais de 300 quadros e desenhos. Na lista de eventos a assinalar é o Festival Internacional de Fotografia que decorre na cidade desde 1970. 

This friendly cat was in the beautiful van Gogh's garden where I made my picnic lunch (French cheese, French bread named Baguette which is best known by its length and crisp crust, and of course red wine) with my travel companions...

Este amigável gato acompanhou-nos no picnic que fizemos no Jardim van Gogh: queijo francês, as fantásticas baguettes com a sua crosta estaladiça e claro vinho tinto.

Tomorrow I went to the stylish Cannes, Grasse and Juan the Pins which will really be the most glamorous part of my trip. Keep in touch for future developments.

Amanhã irei até Cannes, Grasse e Juan de Pins na qual será a parte mais glamourosa da viagem.

INSPIRATION: X-MAS LETTER TO MY DAUGHTERS

Dear beloved Daughters,
Minhas queridas filhas,


You’ve sixteen, and I remember I’d sixteen too, once. So I thought that a good X-mas gift (you know how original I can be) will be a letter with some great memories for you think about during the next two seconds. Later when you will be older enough to appreciate it you will give me some points to my “Good mother's card”.

Têm agora 16 anos, lembro-me bem de quando tive um dia 16 anos.  Pelo que pensei que uma boa prenda de Natal ( e vocês sabem o quanto original eu consigo ser!) seria uma carta a contar-vos algumas das minhas melhores memórias ( e constatações) para vocês pensarem nos próximos dois segundos. Mais tarde, quando forem velhas o suficiente para apreciar esta carta, inscreverão então alguns pontos mais no meu cartão de boa mãe.  


I remember when I used to have bad skin but good everything else, I could eat heavy fat and sugar food as if there wasn’t tomorrow, and still kept my thin figure no matter how big my mouth was. I remember when love was a cause to die for, and the crushes were the big tragedy of my life when I couldn’t get the boy because he was an asshole but I thought he was the last boy in Earth, kind of my soul mate and I will not be happy again unless he would fall in love with my teen charms.

Lembro-me de quando tinha uma pele péssima, mas, tudo o resto era fantástico e eu podia comer toda a gordura e açúcar do mundo como se não houvesse amanhã que a minha figura esguia se mantinha sempre inalterável, não importa quanto gulosa era a minha boca. Lembro-me quando o amor era uma causa pela qual se queria morrer, e as paixonetas eram as grandes tragédias da nossa vida, sobretudo quando o imbecil do rapaz não nos ligava nenhuma e, ainda assim, pensavamos que ele era o único rapaz à face da Terra, a nossa alma gémea e que se ele não sucumbisse aos nossos encantos adolescentes, o mundo acabava para jamais voltarmos a ser felizes.  


I remember when I said that I wouldn’t do certain things because it’s easy to have convictions when we have sixteen, it’s easy to say no when we don’t know how to say yes yet. It’s very cool when you think to knew your friends better than yourselves. They are a kind of your mirror because you’re too young to identify yourselves. Later in your grow up life you will find to know yourselves is one of the most difficult things we can do, and some people can’t do it like never. But the worst is when you have to take the big decisions about your life too sooner, when you don’t know yet a lot of stuff about yourselves (future career, training, jobs, what you’d like to do for the rest of your lifetime...).

Lembro-me quando afirmava com convicção que jamais faria certas coisas porque é tão fácil termos convicções quando temos 16 anos. Tão fácil dizer não quando ainda não sabemos dizer sim. Era muito cool quando pensavamos conhecer os nossos amigos melhor que a nós próprios e eles eram uma espécie de espelhos de nós mesmos porque eramos demasiado jovens para que nos conseguissemos identificar. Mais tarde, na vossa vida adulta descobrirão que conhecermo-nos a nós mesmos é das coisas mais dificeis o mundo e há quem nunca o consiga fazer de verdade. Mas, o pior é que somos chamados a tomar as grandes decisões da nossa vida demasiado cedo, quando ainda não sabemos quase nada sobre nós,  decisões sobre a nossa futura carreira, formação, as profissões que gostamos e  até decidirmos aquilo que queremos fazer para o resto das nossas vidas. 


I remember having an endless amount of time, and when I could do few things that I really didn’t like, before boring jobs that screw up my mind and many years before when playing couch potato is the only thing I aspire when I came home. In the end of the day, in spite of all that shit, we must be thankful to have a job, and a home. Although we look like an old chewing gum after a bad night, we have more confidence in ourselves and some of us went better with the age to deal with all that life changes for which, my daughters, you aren’t prepared yet.

Lembro-me dessa sensação de ter uma infindável quantidade de tempo, de como podia ter a liberdade de fazer o minimo das coisas que não gostava. Esse tempo antes dos trabalhos aborrecidos que nos esmagam a cabeça e de, ao final do dia, só desejarmos fazer de batata de sofá quando chegamos a casa. Mas, apesar de toda esta porcaria que temos de aturar em adultos, ainda devemos estar agradecidos por termos um trabalho e uma casa. Não importa o quanto nos sentimos pastilha elástica velha e mastigada depois de uma má noite, o que conta é a dose extra de confiança adquirida em relação a quando tinhamos 16 anos e o facto de se conseguir lidar melhor com as mudanças da vida . 


I remember when summers meant fun things, when Saturday afternoons didn’t feel so short, when I didn’t feel like I was constantly running on little energy. I remember thinking that every night out had the possibility to change my life. No wonder that we looked back and we realized these are the better days of our lives. But you can’t know that, you shouldn’t because you wouldn’t like to know that life is much more complicated than a bubble in your pretty face just in the Prom’s night, or a bad hair’s day in your first date. The world leaves turning slowly from your belly button to other’s tummy and you can’t do anything about it.

Lembro-me quando os verões significavam fazer coisas engraçadas, quando os sabados à tarde não pareciam tão curtos, quando não sentiamos ainda esta constantemente falta de energia na corrida dos dias. Lembro-me de pensar que cada saída à noite podia mudar a minha vida. Não admira que quando olhamos para trás compreendemos que os 16 anos forma os melhores anos da nossa vida. Mas, isso é algo que vocês não podem, nem devem saber ainda, nem que a vida é muito mais complicada que uma borbulha tipo cratera no meio da cara na vossa noite de baile, ou que há  dramas maiores que o vosso cabelo com ar de espanador justamente no dia do primeiro grande encontro. O mundo irá deixar, lentamente, de rodar exclusivamente, à volta do vosso umbigo para passar a girar á volta da barriga de outros, e quanto a isso não há nada a fazer. 

But I can sure you that you will live unforgettable moments in the future and your life will be an open book where each fresh day you will write something real and prodigious. We will switch protection for adventure, the parent’s home for the unknown, places where you can be safe for places where you will feel alone, until you will find a cool dry place to love, care and cry even if you will fill it with IKEA’s uncharacterized furniture, and the only pancakes and toast you will smell will be the ones you will make or the neighbor’s breakfast.

Mas, posso assegurar-vos, minhas filhas, que terão para viver momentos inesquecíveis no vosso futuro e a vossa vida será um livro d'horas onde poderão escrever algo maravilhoso e prodigioso em cada novo dia. Chegará o tempo em que trocarão a protecção pela aventura, a casa dos vossos pais pelo desconhecido, lugares onde se sentem seguras por lugares onde se sentirão sozinhas, até que encontrem um lugar acolhedor e vosso para amar, cuidar e chorar, ainda que cheio de mobilias massificadas do IKEA, em que o único cheiro a panquecas e torradas que conhecerão é aquele que vocês fizerem ou dos pequeno-almoço do vosso vizinho.  


I can sure you the upcoming days will be wonderful because with sixteen you can be everything you want to be. That’s the amazing thing of being 16. At sixteen life is an open dream, so go for it! You will have a favorite place to go when you are sad or angry; you will have a favorite restaurant, theatre, hairdresser, shop, and a special friend to stand your shits, other to go out when things turned bad, maybe other to embed when you’re broke… you will have your own family to fuck your head and to give you the maximum joys. That’s life.

Posso garantir-vos que os dias porvir serão fantásticos porque com 16 anos poderão vir a ser aquilo que desejarem. Isso é aquilo que mais de extraordinário há em ter 16 anos: a vida é um sonho aberto por isso vão cumpri-lo. Terão o vosso sitio favorito no futuro quando estiverem tristes ou zangadas, o vosso restaurante favorito, o vosso teatro, loja, cabeleireiro, as vossas memórias favoritas, um amigo especial que ature as vossas merdas, outro sempre disponivel para sair convosco quando as coisas ficarem más, e ainda outro para se pendurarem sempre que estejam falidas... terão a vossa própria familia para vos chatear a cabeça e para vos dar as maiores alegrias das vossas vidas.

Now it’s time for you didn’t know certain things; Time for you believe in everything people you admire told you; Time to you were impressed by everything; Time to you think that everyone around you were living a more exciting life than you…Time to test everyone who loves you; and missing these people only when you haven’t them near you.

Agora é tempo para não saberem certas coisas; Tempo para acreditarem em tudo o que as pessoas que admiram vos disserem; tempo para se impressionarem com tudo, tempo para pensarem que todos à vossa volta têm uma vida mais excitante que a vossa, tempo para por à prova todos os que vos amam, e sentir a falta dessas pessoas só quando elas não estão perto de vocês.

Life is that kind of bizarre situation but at sixteen you can’t understand what I really mean. You must dream now, because soon it’s time to go and reach the dream you dreamed when you’re sixteen. That’s the better advice I can give you now. Don’t worry about the future, just dream it because the sixteen’s dream will be the foundation for the time to come. More to dream more to live, more true will be your life. The best dreams were born in a garage to conquer the world. You’re sixteen you can dream with yourselves conquering the world.

INSPIRATION: TRUST!

As Robert Hernandez, the author of the article below that I'm going to share with you, I don't like predictions but I love hopeful  wishes. 

In the age that we live in, content is relatively cheap. Anyone can create it only with a phone or a computer (how traditional!). Everyone can do a blog, a video, a online magazine... but the problem is what I was saying, and I'm just saying now, everytime I have the opportunity: CREDIBILITY! 

Como Robert Hernandez, o autor do artigo que vou partilhar com vocês, não gosto de previsões, mas, adoro esperançosos desejos. Na época em que vivemos, os conteúdos são relativamente baratos. Qualquer um pode cria-los, basta para isso ter internet, um smart phone ou computador (que tradicional!). Qualquer um pode criar um blog, um video, uma revista online... Mas, o problema, e é isso que tenho vindo a dizer desde há muito tempo, e reforço agora, é CREDIBILIDADE.

And everyone can distribute their content in 140 characters, their own livestream network or their blog (how traditional).

E qualquer pessoa pode distribuir os seus conteúdos em 140 caracteres, ter a sua própria rede de transmissão ao vivo ou o seu blog.

With technology empowering everyone with the ability to create and to distribute, I predict — and wish — that in 2012 the new dominating factor will be Credibility. Actually, earned Credibility.

Com a tecnologia dando poder a todos para criar e distribuir os seus próprios conteúdos, eu prevejo - e desejo - que em 2012 o novo factor dominante seja a Credibilidade, ou seja, ganhar credibilidade.

What will stand out from the sea of content will be the voices we turn to time and time again. Trusted sources of news and information will transcend their mastheads and company brands…and become their own brand. Brands that are solely based on being known for the quality and reliability of their work.

O que se irá destacar deste mar de conteúdos serão as vozes a que voltamos e tornamos a voltar. Fontes de noticias e informação de confiança transcenderão os seus financiadores e as grandes marcas que as patrocinam... e tornar-se-ão elas próprias uma marca fiável. Marcas que estão solidamente baseadas em serem conhecidas pela sua qualidade e fiabilidade do seu trabalho.

Just to make Gene Weingarten angry, brands brands brands brands brands. Look, that’s all marketing speak for the most important quality journalists have to offer: Credibility.

Só para deixar Gene Weingarten zangado, marcas, marcas, marcas, marcas, marcas. Somente marketing a falar pela mais importante qualidade que um jornalista pode oferecer: Credibilidade.

And, sure, some of us get a head start by being associated with the Washington Post, NPR, CNN, etc. But I predict — hope — that in the coming year, individual journalists will be valued more than their distribution companies. More than the media format of their story. Judged by the content of their character. (Wait, that’s a different dream.)


E,certamente, alguns de nós conseguem a vantagem de ser um associado do Washington POst, NPR, CNN, etc. Mas, prevejo - espero - que no próximo ano, os jornalistas individualmente irão ser mais valorizados que as suas próprias agências de distribuição. Mais do que o próprio formato das suas histórias. Julgados pelo conteúdo do seu carácter (Esperem, isto é um sonho diferente!).

 Many news consumers are tired of the political left and the political right fighting, and making journalism or I should actually say “journalism” — the fight’s platform. Hell, I’m tired of it, too.

Muitos dos novos consumidores estão cansados da luta entre as politicas de direita e de esquerda, e cujos protagonistas fazem do jornalismo a sua plataforma de luta. Bom, também eu estou farto disso.

We want people who will cut through the spin and tell us what’s going on, how it will affect us and what can we do about it. We want transparent news. We want news that, while it may not always achieve that goal, honestly strives to be objective.We want to trust journalism. And to do so, we need to trust journalists.


Queremos pessoas que cortem a direito e nos contem o que se está a passar, como é que isso nos afectará e o que é que podemos fazer ácerca disso. Queremos noticias transparentes. Queremos noticias que sejam honestas e objectivas. Queremos, sobretudo, jornalismo de verdade. E para isso, temos que confiar nos jornalistas.


And bypassing the blogger-vs-tweeter-vs-media company-vs-journalist debate, it is going to come down to one thing: Credibility.

Tudo e todos os criadores de conteúdos, desde blogger-vs-tweeter-vs- agências de media- vs- debates jornalisticos, terão necessidade de regressar a uma única coisa: Credibilidade.

Can I reliably trust you to tell me what is going on? If the answer is yes, then I don’t care if you work out of a newsroom or out of your garage.

Posso de facto confiar na tua fiabilidade para me contares o que se está a passar? Sim a resposta ^for sim, então não quero saber se o teu trabalho é proveniente de uma sala de um jornal, de uma agência noticiosa ou da tua garagem.

Let’s see what the new year brings, but that is my predication…that is my wish."

Vamos ver o que é que o novo ano nos trará, mas esta é a minha previsão... este é o meu desejo."

Is it someone birthday? Text him! A friend gets married! Text him... Your best friend gets pregnant! Text her...It's X-mas! Text them. Texting for all kind of stuff. Just texting because calling someone is just too much pressure these days! Real phone someone it’s as intimate of an act as having unprotected sex or something. When texting was invented, it apparently took us like two hours to become socially awkward psychos, which is sort of depressing if you think about it.When did calling someone become a “NEVER” kind of situation like for certain foreign cultures to look someone in the eyes or go out without the burqa? Phone companies invented sms as a cheaper and fast way to said someone a short message, but are you so broke you can't support a phone call to congrat your best friend for something good that happened to him? To wish friends, co-workers and family a Merry something?  

Alguém faz anos hoje? Envia-lhe uma sms. Um amigo casou-se? Manda-lhe uma sms. A tua melhor amiga ficou grávida? felicita-a com uma sms. É Natal? Toca a enviar sms a toda a gente. Sms para todo o tipo de coisas e mais alguma. Só sms porque telefonar a alguém é algo que causa demasiada pressão nos dias de hoje! Telefonar, realmente, a alguém tornou-se num acto tão intímo como ter sexo sem protecção ou algo parecido. Quando as sms forma inventadas parece que levou apenas um par de horas para que nos tornassemos em inadaptados sociais, uma espécie de autistas tecnológicos que evitam ao máximo contactos directos com os outros o que é algo bem deprimente, pensando bem. Como é que isto aconteceu tão rapidamente? Quando é que telefonar a alguém se começou a equiparar a uma espécie de má educação, um acto de violentação da privacidade, como para certas culturas olhar nos olhos directamente, ou sair à rua sem a burca?  As companhias telefonicas inventaram as sms como um meio barato e rápido de fazer chegar a alguém um recado, mas, será que estás assim tão falido que não consigas pagar uma chamada telefonica para o teu melhor amigo a felicita-lo por algo de bom que lhe tenha acontecido? Ou para desejar a colegas, amigos e familia um Feliz-qualquer-coisa?

Fall/Winter 2011-12 is the season of strong colors, in block or mixed, and I love all, mainly red and orange. In the kitchen I also love all the red food like red fruit, watermelon, carriots and of course tomato in every possible ways.

Esta estação Outono/Inverno 2011-12 é absolutamente dominada pelas cores primárias e fortes, quer look total (block color) quer combinadas entre si. Adoro todas as cores enérgicas, sobretudo o vermelho e o laranja. Na cozinha, a minha preferencia vai também para alimentos vermelhos, como os frutos silvestres, a melancia, cenouras e, sobretudo, tomates de todas as maneiras possíveis e ainda por inventar.

 

One of my favorite tomato recipes is the tomato soup, especially when it's cold outside because it's very hot and it warms body and soul.This cream with basil is simple and very tasty. Try it to detoxify heavy Christmas' family meals. 

Uma das minhas receitas favoritas é a sopa de tomate, sobretudo quando está frio lá fora porque quando comido quente aquece corpo e alma. Este creme com mangericão é simples e muito saboroso. Prova-o para desintoxicar das comidas fortes de Natal.

Creamy Roasted Tomato & Basil Soup

Makes 7 cups

Ingredients:

1 ½ lbs Roma tomatoes, sliced lengthwise
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 medium yellow onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, minced
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
2 cups basil leaves, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons dried basil
1 tablespoon sugar
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste
2/3 cup heavy cream

garnish:
fried basil
goat cheese, crumbled.

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Spread tomato halves onto a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Roast tomatoes for about 1 hour.
4. While tomatoes are in the oven, melt the butter in a large pot over medium-high heat.
5. Add onion and sauté for 5 minutes.
6. Stir in the garlic and thyme and sauté for another 5 minutes.
7. Add crushed tomatoes, basils and sugar. Season with salt and pepper.
8. Stir the mixture and reduce the heat to medium or medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes, covered.
9. Pour broth and roasted tomatoes into the pot. Season with salt and pepper.
10. Continue to simmer soup, covered, for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
11. Carefully pour soup into a blender and blend until smooth.
12. Pour soup back into the pot and stir in the cream until fully incorporated.
13. Simmer the soup for 3 minutes before ladling into bowls.
14. Top each soup with a sprinkle of goat cheese and fried basil and serve hot.

Sopa Cremosa de Tomate assado com Mangericão

Faz 7 xícaras


ingredientes:

1 ½ kg  tomates maduros,cortados longitudinalmente
3 colheres de sopa de azeite extra virgem
2 colheres de sopa de manteiga sem sal
1 cebola média amarela, em cubos
4 dentes de alho, picados
1 colher de sopa de tomilho fresco picado
800 gr de tomates esmagados
2 xícaras de folhas de manjericão, picadas grosseiramente
2 colheres de sopa de manjericão seco
1 colher de sopa de açúcar
2 xícaras de caldo de galinha c/baixo teor de sódio
sal e pimenta a gosto
2 / 3 xícara de leite gordo

enfeite:
manjericão frito
queijo de cabra, esfarelado.

direcções:


1. Pré-aqueça o forno a 220º
2. Espalhe as metades de tomate numa assadeira e regue com azeite. Tempere com sal e pimenta.
3. Asse o tomate por cerca de 1/2 hora.
4. Enquanto os tomates estão no forno, derreta a manteiga numa panela grande em fogo médio-alto.
5. Adicione a cebola e refogue por 5 minutos.
6. Acrescente o alho e tomilho e refogue por mais 5 minutos.
7. Acrescente os tomates esmagados, manjericão e açúcar. Tempere com sal e pimenta.
8. Mexa a mistura e reduza o fogo para médio ou médio-baixo e cozinhe por 10 minutos, coberto.
9. Despeje o caldo e os tomates assados ​​na panela. Tempere com sal e pimenta.
10. Continuar a ferver a sopa, coberta, por cerca de 30 minutos, mexendo ocasionalmente.
11. Com cuidado, despeje a sopa em um liquidificador e bata até ficar homogeneo.
12. Despeje a sopa de volta na panela e misture o leite inteiro até ficar bem incorporado.
13. Cozinhe a sopa durante 3 minutos e disponha em tigelas.
14. Enfeite cada sopa com uma pitada de queijo de cabra e manjericão frito e sirva quente.

After Gareth Pugh and Daphne Guinness, it's time to MAC cosmetics gets a collaboration of the 90 years old fashion icon Iris Apfel, the pioneer of a high-fashion-meets-vintage aesthetic and thrift store finds . The upcoming MAC x Iris Apfel collection is as colourful as Apfel herself and features products such as the ‘Party Parrot’ lipstick or the ‘Loudmouth Orange’. See it in stores January 5 next year.
