MILAN FASHION WEEK SPRING 2012 - MOSCHINO

Inspiration: El matador aesthetic!
Influences: Latin vibes
Trends: Golden, sunshine yellow,  brand's archive "Bull Chic", embroidered jackets, suede dresses with fringes
What I liked more: A leather Perfecto appliquéd with the slogan "Make Up, Not War" , the irreverance.

PRADA SPRING SUMMER 2012 - First Look - PART 4

The minimalist of the Prada show's setting was very well chosen with 3D  car cartoons. The clothes and details were the protagonists.

MILAN FASHION WEEK SPRING 2012 - D&G (The Final Cut)

It was announced this morning at Milan fashion week that D&G will be merged into Dolce& Gabbana mainline, so this was the last D&G show as you know the brand. Whatever the show must go one and D&G made a beautiful goodbye to the fans with the upbeat of Prince.

It was all about colorful scarves which made mini dresses, tops, sarongs, shorts, hats and shoes. I think that the scarves obssession carries a certain symbolism because we said goodbye with scarves, don't we?

MILAN FASHION WEEK SPRING 2012 - FENDI

I always admire Lagerfeld's fashion breath. You may like him or not but the man is a true phenomenon and it seems that his imagination and capacity of work is limitless. I loved the collection mainly the sexy glamorous feminine silhouette. And of course I loved the styling and beauty of the show, the big shades are amazing and they remind me the ones that Portuguese designer Alexandra Moura created for her Spring/Summer 2011 show at Modalisboa (See it HERE), did you rememeber?

INSPIRATION: THE MAN'S SKIRT

Sometimes creativity on the streets overcomes the fashion shows ...

MILAN FASHION WEEK SPRING 2012 - FRANCESCO SCOGNAMIGLIO

Only for Lady Gaga's fans and lace addicts, this Scognamiglio's collection is all about maximum exposure of the body parts that most woman likes to hide, except Gaga of course. Unless you think that sheer lace belongs only to underwear, I think some pieces are very wearable if mixed with solid fabrics.

Warning: A show is a show, so make copy past of it in your everyday wardorbe could be really dangerous. A show is to inspire you, nothing more, nothing less.

MILAN FASHION WEEK SPRING 2012 - ALBERTA FERRETTI

Some beautiful staff and sun-kissed girls came from the sea. I loved the lightness and the crochet handmade work.

MILAN FASHION WEEK SPRING 2012 - GUCCI (part 2)

This afternoon Frida Gianinni showed her proposals for Gucci Spring 2012 in Milan and she started the most sexy and body-conscious fashion week of the world - the Italian fashion! About this Gucci woman I must confessed that I'm a bit tired of fashion clichés as Art Deco influences, Gatsby's style, and vintage staff of the 20's and 60's. When I watched the video of the show everything reminds me the Tom Ford's look (and he was a Gucci's boy also), maybe the fringes, the glitter, the boyish style, whatever, I'm a little disappointed with Gianinni's work for the next hot season. Nothing new in the horizon and much of this collection's vibes came from the Gucci's archives with some upgrades. For me it's not enough.

*********************************************************************************************************************
Frida inaugurou, assim, a semana mais quente e sexy do fashion world - a moda milanesa.
